Thank-you for the very helpful information on RED FLAG signals. My push moment came when my husband of only 2 months broke my cell phone and said to me that I wasn’t to have any further contact with my son or anyone else. We were staying at his brother’s house for the night, he became very drunk and when I went to find my house keys he hid them on me so that I couldn’t leave. I was very scared but I remained calm and waited patiently for him to pass out so that I could look for my keys all over the place, I fortunately found them and left for home by myself. My push moment I ENDED the marriage never looked back and I’am happily raising my son on my own. I also had my door locks changed for safety.
